- WhatsApp Business API (WABA) Integration: We process data synchronized via WABA, including pre-approved Message Templates and Quick Shortcut Messages, to streamline your customer communication.
- Audio & Voice Calling: With your permission, the app accesses your device’s microphone to provide real-time voice calling functionality.
- Photos and Media Files: With your explicit permission, the app accesses your storage/camera to allow sending, receiving, and downloading images or documents within the chat.
Data Security & Encryption
- All data transmitted through Messagedly is strictly encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) v1 secure protocols.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or chat data to any third-party advertising networks.
Device Permissions Required
To function correctly, the app will request access to:
- Microphone (For Voice Calling)
- Storage/Gallery (For sending and downloading Media files)
- Notifications (For delivering instant real-time background and foreground push notifications)
Account and Data Deletion
